Oral odor or Halitosis

Bad breath or Halitosis is a condition where the mouth gives off an unpleasant odor,

this is because bacteria that develop in the mouth produce sulfur gas which causes unpleasant odors, these bacteria can be triggered from daily food, lack of maintaining oral hygiene, smoking, drinking alcohol and unhealthy body conditions.

cause
Bad breath can be caused by several factors. As for the following factors:
- Dry mouth
- Certain types of food
- Bad dental hygiene
- Smoke
- Stomach acid rises
- Mouth infection
- Certain diseases

Halitosis causes lack of confidence in communication because the environment or people around us feel uncomfortable. so that we don't want to be self-conscious to chat with friends, partners etc.

luckily we can overcome this by cleaning our mouth regularly. or if we are forced to be outside the house and cannot clean our mouth we can use sweets but don't forget to always maintain oral hygiene
